Bybit

Bybit is impressive in many ways, particularly for its gamified approach to crypto trading, numerous bonuses, and its chat room. They run a World Series of Trading contest, which boasts a massive prize pool totalling 200 BTC. Despite all of this, it offers very little in the way of crypto pairs, and it seems like there is a lot of manual work which compromises the overall user experience.
